Tactics, conditioning, and the right group for where you are now.

The Intermediate tier is built for players who have the basics and are ready for structured positional play, scaled physical work, and monthly matches that show real progress.

How placement works

Coaches assess first. You train where you actually belong.

Every player entering the Intermediate tier goes through a short coach-led assessment. That read determines your cohort — so the training load is calibrated to your stage, not borrowed from a tier above or below.

— Tactical development
— Scaled conditioning

Game-reading built into every session

Physical work matched to your stage

Conditioning sessions are written for athletes at this tier — not pulled from the competitive program. Footwork, core stability, and lateral speed at the right intensity.

Positional rotations, serve-receive patterns, and live scrimmage drills are structured so players learn to read the game — not just execute isolated skills.

• Measurable progress

Monthly friendly matches that show you what changed.

Intermediate players compete in structured friendly matches every month. Same coaches on the sideline, same teammates on the court — so you can see exactly how the week-to-week work is translating.
